The San Jose Municipal Golf Course
This course maintains competitive and affordable prices. The nine-hole 2,900 yard course was built by the Mexican government's FONATUR development agency, which to this day maintains it beautifully. Designed for intermediate and beginning golfers, this is a great course for the entire family to play in a pleasant atmosphere including an abundance of multi-hued bougainvilleas.
From the first tee, you are greeted by a panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez and the cape that comprises San José del Cabo. This par four hole slopes downward, with a wide fairway that dog-legs left. It's easy to break windows on this course, what with many condominium resorts surrounding the course.

Winding through a desert landscape of colorful canyons and panormic arroyos the 7,050 yard El Dorado is Cabo Real's newest and most scenic golf course. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, the hand of its master is seen on every unique fairway, dog leg, bunker, and water challenge. The course makes 2 dramatic passes along the oceanfront with 3 spectacular holes on each. 3 Ocean Front Holes
Home to two Senior Slams, and a host of other prestigious golf tournaments, the 6,988 yard Cabo Real Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones II has what is considered the toughest front nine in golf in Los Cabos.
Its three spectacular ocean front holes put Cabo Real on the golf world map in 1996 when whales put on a spectacular show breaching just yards offshore during the Senior Slam golf tournament. Long considered the favorite of many pros, the Cabo Real course is a must during any visit.
