Situated on the tip of the Baja Peninsula, the Desert Spa basks under a bright blue sky surrounded by the Sea of Cortez and the mountains. This remarkable setting creates the ideal environment for a memorable spa experience.

Our 31, 000 square foot spa and fitness center offers a host of indulgences to refresh the mind, body and soul. Guests can enjoy massages, body wraps, facials, hydrotherapy, couples' experiences and a full service beauty salon, as well as a la carte services and special spa packages.

With the Desert Spa's exclusive line of desert-inspired body products, guests will be wrapped, bathed and pampered with extracts of agave, lime, nopal, melon and vanilla. Using fruit and herb extracts native to the Baja California area, the spa's body products have been specifically developed for the restorative and nutritive powers they possess - and for the enjoyment they provide spa guests.

Hours Of Operation:

• Spa - 8am to 9pm Monday through Saturday and 8am to 8pm on Sunday
• Fitness Center - 7am to 9pm Monday through Saturday and 7am to 8pm on Sunday

• No one under the age of 16 years is allowed to enter the fitness center facilities.
• A 15% service charge will be automatically added to your bill. This amount is given to your service provider(s). Additional gratuities are appreciated but not expected.
• Room charge and all major credit cards are accepted as a form of payment at the Desert Spa. As a company policy, cash is not accepted as a form of payment.
• We request the courtesy of six (6) hours notice in the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Otherwise, 50% of the treatment charge will apply.
• The hotel will not be responsible for any lost or stolen objects during your visit to the Desert Spa. We strongly recommend that you do not bring valuables with you to the facility. Upon request, security boxes are available at the spa reception at no additional charge.
• Guests arriving late for scheduled appointments may not receive full treatment time.
• Gift certificates are available for all services.
• Members of the hotel will enjoy a 15% discount on all individual spa services and a 5% discount on spa packages

The Signature Desert Spa Massage

This full body massage is geared especially for those wanting to release deep muscle tension from chronic stress or injury. It combines different massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue and Reflexology. Hot stones are also used to enhance the benefits of this unique physical therapy. (50 and 80 minutes)

The Desert Spa Hot Stone Massage

This “stone therapy” utilizes the application of smooth, heated basalt stones placed on key tension areas of the body. The combination of deep penetrating heat with the pressure of the strokes allows the muscles to warm and let go. (50 and 80 minutes)
